CHA Appoints New Marketing Manager and Sales Associate

Elmwood Park, NJ (July 12, 2008)  In efforts to provide members of the Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) with improved member benefits and top-tier trade shows, CHA is pleased to announce the recent appointments of Jon Krance as a new Marketing Manager, and Michael DiTullio, as a new Sales Associate.  
 
In his role as Marketing Manager, Jon Krance will assume all member marketing responsibilities including strategic development and implementation of a comprehensive member retention and acquisition program.  He will lead development of member insight, new benefit programs, and oversee the CHA Task Force program.  Additionally Krance will manage the Innovations Showcase at the CHA Shows and other marketing programs.
 
Krance, a marketing veteran, brings over 20 years of marketing strategy and business leadership to his new position.  Krance most recently served as Business Development Manager for The Journal News, a Gannett newspaper in Westchester County, NY.  Krance also worked in the catalog industry marketing products to the Physical/Occupational Rehabilitation markets. Prior to that Krance lead traditional brand management teams marketing a wide range of consumer products including many of the leading Lysol brand items for Lehn & Fink (Reckitt-Benckiser).    
 
As Sales Associate, Michael DiTullio will be part of the Meetings & Expositions Department and will be responsible for new and existing booth sales, sponsorships, lead generation, and database management relating to CHA trade shows.
 
DiTullio, a graduate of Rider University, previously worked in the publishing industry for R.R. Bowker LLC, where he managed the New England territory encompassing six states for a $50M provider of database services.  DiTullio is an effective networker and presented at numerous local and national trade shows.  DiTullio has also worked with Diversified Collection Services, Inc., and has an extensive background in audio/visual equipment and production services with Presentation Services and Hurricane Productions.
