DARICE INC. ACQUIRES INQUE BOUTIQUE 
Strongsville, OH -- August 25th, 2008 -- Furthering its strategy of delivering industry-leading assortment and price to the retail craft industry, Darice Incorporated has acquired the innovative stamping / paper crafting supplier Inque Boutique.

This acquisition combines Inque Boutique’s product lines with Darice’s existing portfolio of paper crafting products.  As a result of the merger, which was completed on August 1, 2008, Darice will add 1,000 stamping designs to its current line of scrapbook and stamping products.
